Steve is responsible for overseeing Horseshoe’s Cayman office operations which provides full SPV management and advisory services including Catastrophe Bond SPVs. He is additionally charged with overseeing the activities of Horseshoe Re Limited, the Group’s licensed separate account company which acts as a transformer for investors.

Steve has over 20 years of experience in traditional insurance and reinsurance, industry loss warranty (ILWs) and collateralized reinsurance, and risk-linked securities and financial guaranty markets. He has a demonstrated track record and expertise in:

Arnold is General Counsel of Horseshoe Group. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day legal affairs of Horseshoe Group, which includes providing legal guidance on transactional, operational, regulatory and compliance related matters for the Bermuda, Cayman and Dublin offices.

Arnold has over 14 years of experience as a corporate and regulatory attorney in both the public and private sector, and is called to the bar and eligible to practice in the United Kingdom, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. He has a demonstrated track record and expertise in:

• Advising on corporate and commercial matters involving Bermuda and Cayman Islands insurance law and regulations
• Reinsurance start-up operations in Bermuda

Hank is a Senior Actuarial Consultant with Horseshoe Group. In this capacity, Hank provides actuarial services in the areas of loss reserving, ratemaking, capital modeling, and research. Hank is approved to provide Loss Reserving Specialist opinions in Bermuda, as well as being approved to provide captive insurance company opinions in Delaware, South Carolina, New York and Vermont.
