Through a combination of insurance management and advisory skills, the Horseshoe Group is able to render a broad array of services and effectively deliver superior insurance management to our clients.

As with all the clients we manage, we take an active role in the management of the company and are on the look out to protect the best interest of shareholders and investors.

Our involvement encompasses a variety of services including but not limited to the following:

• Setting up of charitable trust, acting as trustee of the trust and holding the authorized ordinary shares of trust for charitable purposes
• Provision of Directors for the SPV/SPI
• Acting as Principal Representative of the SPI in Bermuda
• Acting as registered office
• Maintaining statutory register
• Preparing and filing of all the necessary returns and reports of the SPV/SPI
• Preparation of financial statements
• Dealing with claims under the Collateral obligations
• Monitoring collateral levels
• Answering queries from investors and coordinating with sponsors
• Overseeing other service providers
